Our stay has been a true disappointment and, honestly, it is far from what one expects from a 4-star establishment. We traveled with a baby and, even so, we were assigned block C, the farthest from absolutely everything within the resort. This forced us to walk long distances constantly for anything, which was neither practical nor considerate given our circumstances. From the very first moment, we perceived a huge general disorganization and quite dirty common areas, which already creates a bad first impression. The breakfast is very basic, with nothing remarkable, and many pool loungers were in poor condition, worn out, and neglected. The treatment from the reception staff was, without a doubt, the worst part of the entire experience. Miss Nohelia displayed an unpleasant and indifferent attitude at all times; by 10 in the morning, she already seemed to be attending in a bad mood. Additionally, we had requested a late check-out even before our arrival because we were traveling with a baby. On the day of departure, when we inquired about it again, her only response was to show us a paper saying "I have it blocked," accompanied by absolute indifference and without offering any alternative or trying to help at all. The experience at reception continued to be equally disappointing from the very first day. Upon our arrival, Miss Yaiza asked us if we knew the resort and, when we replied that we did not, she simply gave us four quick directions, poorly explained, and hardly offered us any useful information about the facilities or services. No clear explanation, no proper welcome, absolutely nothing. A treatment unworthy of an establishment of this category. Throughout the entire stay, there was also no cleaning in the apartment nor replenishment of clean towels, which is totally unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. On the other hand, the apartment included a kitchen, but it did not even have a simple pot or saucepan to heat the baby’s puree. There were also no basic items like a sponge or dish soap, minimal details that were glaringly absent and difficult to understand. Despite belonging to the Servatur club, we did not receive any additional attention or consideration. The only "solution" offered on the day of departure was some courtesy showers, which are completely useless when traveling with a baby and needing real comfort and facilities. In short, a tremendously disappointing experience, with service more typical of a 2-star establishment than a supposed 4-star one. Lack of organization, neglected facilities, nonexistent cleanliness, and lamentable customer service. We will not return and, of course, we would not recommend it.

I am disappointed with the hotel; the entrance hall is not welcoming at all with fake palm trees, while the city has very beautiful palm trees. The food was cold, and the buffet was not varied. Our room's bathroom was not clean, especially the shower tray, which was not cleaned, and the moldy joints. For a four-star rating, this is borderline. The stairwell of our room lacks joints on the tiles. We will not return to this hotel
