The apartments are quite nice for the most part, sofa bed a bit uncomfortable but the rest is fine, however i have one big complaint. One of the nights the security guard let himself into our room using his key at around 3am without knocking or making us aware he was coming in which violates our privacy. He then went on to give out to us for slamming our door although our door only closes if you push it hard as it gets caught if you dont do that. He threatened to call the police on us as well as slamming the door shut himself multiple times in what i can only assume was an attempt to show us what we were doing wrong, mind you he himself was probably waking up the whole complex doing this which contradicts his entire point. So for the rest of the trip we felt a lot less private as he could have let himself in at any point during the night.

We had a lovely 10-day stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and modern. We were at the back of the building, near the bins, and reading the reviews about the noise of the emptying. We were concerned, our apartment was on the first floor, but the bedroom was towards the front, so away from the bins, and to be honest, once the Balcony door was closed, we didn't notice much noise. They do empty the bins several times a Day/Night and only really notice when sitting on the Balcony..Yes, the Balcony was "cozy," but we knew this before booking, so no issue there was probably just room for two..at a pinch. The location was absolutely perfect for the shops, bars, clubs, and restaurants, and the beach, which were a major reason for booking the apartment (maybe not the nightclubs..Not that you could hear them or anything) There were plenty of cooking utensils and pans, plates, cups, etc a microwave, a filter coffee machine, and a Kettle, toaster (available from the reception free) All the staff we met were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The information about the stay before arriving was very good regarding check-in, etc., plenty of emails which were welcoming. Would love to return ... but have a sea view :D

We did not expect luxury and chose it for it's location, "on the beach" as advertised. However, our balcony overlooked the backyard with underground garbage bins that were emptied at 5.50 a.m. Delivery vans and scooters were driving around there all night long. "A balcony" was actually a 1m2 cell with room for one chair. There was no drying rack in the apartment and we hanged our wet beach towels on the balcony. Exactly 3 minutes later there was a lady from the reception at the door who told us that it's not allowed and we had to remove them. There is absolutely no possibility to dry your stuff there. They save on everything. Low pressure hot water, hair dryer that does not dry and other things that are supposed to make a stay comfortable. We were leaving early in the morning at 5.00 a.m. in such a hurry that I forgot some jewellery (Escada watch, silver earrings and a couple of other things of less value) on the bedside table. Remembered that in the transfer bus and sent a message to the apartment administration right away. At 7.12 a.m. we called the reception and asked the receptionist to come and collect the jewellery and at 7.32 heard back that she did not find it. So everything vanished from the locked apartment between 5.00 a.m. and 7.32 a.m. before cleaning. My advice, stay away from that place. There are enough decent tourist accommodations in Lloret de Mar.
