What I liked: The price is unbeatable given the location and the high season of July. The pool being open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Quiet, no neighborhood problems. The location, not very far from the city center and the beach at 600m. The closed and secure underground parking. The high-speed Wi-Fi connection. A large balcony. What I liked less: No walkthrough upon our arrival, so we ended up with some inconveniences (a fridge that doesn't close, replaced by a very small one next to it), burnt-out light bulbs. The apartment is a bit old-fashioned with a bathroom and bedrooms that don't lock. The sofa bed in a pitiful state. The concierge who doesn't speak a word of English or French, difficult communication, especially on the last day, not happy that we spread towels on the balcony railing and that my son came back up with wet feet, not friendly and even rather aggressive.
