Best Western Hotel Les Palmeres

The bed is extremely uncomfortable and, in my opinion, it should be replaced. The air conditioning barely cools the room, and the refrigerator hardly works at all. When I made my reservation, I noticed that almost all rooms included a kettle and tea, but my room has neither, even after I asked about it. The hotel also feels poorly ventilated, and the room is missing several basic amenities. I’m still waiting for the air conditioning to start working properly. Overall, this has been a very disappointing stay.

We have celebrated the Feast of San Juan, and it has been a fantastic experience. The hotel, in general, is very clean, renovated, and has high-quality rooms. Ours was modern and comfortable, with a spacious shower, a separate toilet with a glass enclosure, and soap dispensers both in the shower and at the sink, a detail we particularly appreciated. The dining room is comfortable, clean, and offers very good food. We especially loved the chicken, the mashed potatoes, and the boletus croquettes. They were finger-licking good! Additionally, all the staff were very friendly, attentive, and nice, making us feel at home throughout our stay. To celebrate the feast, we enjoyed music with a DJ, were offered rum cremat and coca de Sant Joan, and the atmosphere was unbeatable. We had a wonderful time! Without a doubt, a highly recommended experience and a hotel we would like to return to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
