Kids absolutely loved hotel and pool entertainment and staff brilliant so close to beautiful town life guard was so nice security brilliant oussama was very helpful after check in on any questions we had late in night . Very helpful and pleasant . Especially when it’s so late . Staff and snack bar guys were lovely. Guy on late time reception also lovely highly recommended ☺️

Awful. I am not giving 0 stars because it is not possible. A pathetic service. A week before our trip, we received an email that they are canceling our room. And it turns out that now you go on the website and it is double the price. We have called them, and they say nothing can be done. It seems regrettable to me that they play like that with the hopes of a family that wanted to spend a happy vacation time.

My partner and I have recently returned from a stay at this hotel in Calella, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The room itself was very basic and lacked several amenities that most travellers would expect. There was no main ceiling light, only two bedside lamps which barely worked. There was no mirror at the dressing table, no plug sockets nearby to use hair dryers or straighteners, and no kettle or fridge facilities. The air conditioning unit had an unpleasant smell, there was no outdoor light on the balcony, and the walls were paper thin, meaning you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms. Overall, the room felt more like a jail cell than a relaxing holiday accommodation. One positive worth mentioning is that the shower was excellent, with very good water pressure. Unfortunately, the issues continued throughout the hotel. Staff were generally very unwelcoming and rarely smiled or interacted with guests. Upon arrival, we were even directed to the fifth floor despite our room being on the first floor. There only seemed to be two members of staff covering both the bar and food service, resulting in extremely slow service as meals are cooked to order. The drinks at the bar were also disappointing, with spirits appearing so watered down that vodka looked almost like plain water when poured. The pool area was another letdown. Because cleaners only seemed to work in the mornings and evenings, rubbish accumulated throughout the day, attracting pigeons and flies around the pool area, which made it unpleasant to relax there. The food was very hit and miss. However, to be fair, there was always fresh salad, pizza and chips available, which provided some reliable options. Overall, the hotel felt heavily geared towards Spanish guests, and we found many fellow guests to be quite unfriendly. While everyone’s experience may differ, this hotel simply did not provide the welcoming, relaxing holiday environment we had hoped for, and unfortunately we would not return.
