We all found the hotel to be exceptional. Food was fantastic, staff were superb, rooms were well serviced although a little on the small side. Entertainment was non existent. The pool area for children was so strict that children were not allowed to play with Any inflatables or even a ball in the pool. This was so funny, bordering on ridiculous, considering there is a rooftop pool on level 8 for adults only. I would seriously advise choosing a different hotel if your kids enjoy fun in the pool. As Lloret de Mar is quite lively with 'the strip' nearby, it does attract a somewhat younger crowd. Although it didn't affect us much, it might put some other people off from booking.

Pros: - The best all inclusive food I’ve had, huge variety of options and every day was different. - Rooms were very clean, cleaned daily & towels changed daily - Overall hotel was well looked after and staff were all friendly and helpful Cons - Beware that the hotel is in a party area (we regret not checking this before) so about 50% of the crowd are rowdy young adults. This was not a huge issue in the daytime but the hotel was extremely loud at night and we didn’t have a good nights sleep at all. The hotel walls are thin so you can hear everything, we were woken up at 3/4am every night - The hotel is situated near a main road so there is a lot of noise throughout the daytime - AVOID booking the shuttle from barcelona airport. Coach arrived late and despite it being a 2 hour drive it took 4 hours to arrive at our hotel and there was no communication. Advise getting the public bus instead Couldn’t fault the hotel or staff but wouldn’t stay here again due to the crowd & location
