Money stolen over night from purse and purse thrown over the balcony. Purse had £90 and 30euro cash in when I went to bed. My handbag was in the living room and when I woke in the morning my purse was missing, after searching we had spied it thrown over the balcony. After it had been retrieved by the staff and handed back I checked to realise all the money had been taken. Hotel won’t do anything under £600. CCTV has not been checked. Real shame as the location was good and pool area nice.

We were 4 friends, for one night Pros: -large apartment with terrace -towels and sheets -beautiful and clean pool with beautiful view -staff who can speak French -located 10 min walk from the beach and 20 min from the large beach, and nightclub Cons: -hygiene: traces on the ceiling, hair in the bathroom, mold, poorly cleaned -isolation -check in late and check out early -ceiling collapsing and we have to fix it if it happens again
