Very good hotel, very friendly staff

Truly terrible experience. The hotel is completely disorganized and the stay was far below expectations. The food was of poor quality, with limited choices and definitely disappointing; moreover, they do not serve lunch. The cleanliness of the room was barely sufficient, certainly not up to the standards of a hotel. The air conditioning was set too high and was uncomfortable, while the soundproofing is practically non-existent: noises from other rooms and the hallway were clearly audible. There was also no room service, which they do not provide. The bathroom lacked a bidet and even an exhaust fan, which made the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no bike storage: we were initially told to bring them to our room on the third floor, but after consulting, they decided to have us put them in the garage, only for one of the reception staff to make us move them to the luggage storage because, according to him, they could not be left in the garage. The next day, his colleagues decided to move our bikes from the storage room and put them back in the garage; it was an extremely inconvenient situation. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. As far as I am concerned, I do not recommend this hotel and I wonder how it can have four stars.

A super hotel in Lloret de Mar. Stayed here for a week and would easily return in the future. There is a spacious reception/ communal sitting area. Off from this is the pool area, with 20+ sun loungers, seats and parasols complete with it's own drinks/snack bar. The pool area is clean, spacious and cleared/cleaned everyday. The accommodation flies are all accessed by two lifts. The rooms are a good size (for a couple) with a generous-sized bed, wardrobe, table& chair and an en suite shower room and WC. The rooms are air-conditioned (works!) and a small balcony accessed via a sliding door. The balcony has two chairs and a table. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels, bedding and tissue replaced as required. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and attend the rooms with a minimum of fuss. Below the main reception floor is the dining room. We were bed and breakfast. The dining area is easily capable of seating guests. The selection of food was excellent: if you can't find what you want to eat here you must be hard to please. Overall, an excellent hotel with a 4-star rating that easily delivers a 5-star experience.
