Hotel Avenida

Not recommended at all. No common restrooms or area to change before and after check-in.

We chose to check in at 11 o'clock from the app, and they didn't let us check in until 15 o'clock in the afternoon. They work with an app and don’t know the options they have... they don’t provide solutions or take responsibility. Since they do things that make it right at least.

Only the adorable maids give this unfortunate star to this dormitorium that no longer deserves its Inn name. I experienced the Avenida Pension with a family atmosphere, where my parents had been staying for more than 30 years. Just so you know, on Booking.com, they keep saying Breakfast is served, it's not. No more reception, no more breakfast, Inn (no, it's not one and I know what I'm talking about, I was hotel accommodation manager...) imperonal to the possible. Just a big thank you to the floor staff who, knowing my parenst for ages, offered us a human break in this vile virtual reception place
