Hotel Mediterrani

A small hotel on the Calella seafront. The sea-view rooms have a splendid view. The hotel is simple but well-maintained, our room was spacious with a very pleasant little balcony. Very quiet and an easily accessible bookable parking lot. The only small downside, the quality of the breakfast products is average. A great place

Last Sunday, we went in the late afternoon to have a drink and we sat at a table on the terrace with a view of the sea, but we were told it was reserved for other people and were given a table on the promenade but against the wall. We did not complain, although I would say we arrived before they did. We asked the girl who attended us if she could please clean the table, but she did not; she served us at the table and we asked her again if she could please clean the table before serving, and she ignored us; in fact, she stopped attending to us and finally a guy came to finish serving the table. We do not understand why we were ignored when we treated her politely; I understand that working in public can sometimes be complicated, although that was not our case at all, but if that girl does not like this job, she could surely find something that fits her profile better.

Stopped here for a drink yesterday and was surprised when the Billin arrived . This has to be the most expensive glass of wine in the whole of the surrounding area but they also charged me for ice for my white wine which wasn’t as cold as I liked . Ironically the red wine was older than the white wine! Not impressed .
