Beautiful views from our seafront room, balcony with 2 seats and small table.
Plenty of space to put luggage but space for clothes not adequate. Had to ask for extra hangers. Only 1 drawer or shelf per person for non hanging clothes
Had 2 safes but neither worked according to instructions.
Bathroom had good powerful, hot water shower, though didn’t like shower curtain ( ours was clean) Towels thin and probably needed renewing but were changed daily if needed. Bed linen clean and changed during week stay
B/B booking but breakfasts monotonous. Lots of cakes and UP meats with small cooked sausages and hard boiled eggs every day as hot option. Good local breads but jams were sloppy, squeezed out of large plastic containers. Not for the healthy diet conscious
Staff very pleasant and helpful, though one receptionist seemed to be constantly chatting on her phone
Situation excellent but wouldn’t stay again. All above reasons but also nowhere to sit n relax in hotel with a drink or snack at any time of the day

3 nights in a sea-facing room on level 3, large double bed with decent bedding, dated furniture with practical storage, bathroom with a new shower that we could not manage to use without flooding everything...
In this hotel, breakfast is included in the nightly rate; it remains decent, served on level 1, bright room, furniture from another era, staff indifferent to the customer, and too bad about the cafeteria-style service cart! As for the very soft butter, no one thought to serve it on ice...
The welcome upon arrival was smiling; the hotel has already charged for one night. Reservation made directly and the remainder of the stay is paid at check-in. Off-season, the municipal parking in front of the hotel remains a good option at 16€ per day; if you move your vehicle during the day, the rate is 2.50 per hour.
The strong point of the hotel is its central location adjoining the pedestrian streets, with bars, shops, and restaurants; one cannot say that its location is quiet, there is the activity of the beautiful promenade and the traffic; internally, the noise depends on the style of clientele, whether more or less noisy; at the end of September, it was mostly retirees.
This mid-range establishment remains a good option for a stay in Rosas.

Good location, very clean, only one six man lift for 5 floors. Rooms basic and insufficient storage space. No drawers to furniture. Plumbing in desperate need of upgrade. Dangerous surface in bathroom and no safety mat provided. (I had a fall in the tub) . Breakfast good continental variety. Staff pleasant. Location compensated and sea view room (403).
