What a fantastic hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on and I genuinely cannot fault it. The pool was brilliant, the restaurants were excellent, and the food across the board was great quality. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean with new bathrooms, fluffy towels, and good air conditioning. The views were lovely too. A special mention for the staff, who went above and beyond for my niece's birthday. They arranged a surprise cake and the whole team joined in wishing her happy birthday. It was a really touching moment that made the trip extra special. If I had to nitpick, the TVs were mounted a little too high on the wall and the screens themselves could do with an upgrade. But honestly, that is a minor gripe in the context of an otherwise outstanding stay. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommended.

A luxury hotel for a great stay in an unbeatable location. Very good food

We were supposed to stay 3 nights in this hotel, but we ultimately left after only 1 night. The bedding was as comfortable as a pile of bricks, and the cushions resembled more bags of flour than real pillows. Honestly, if it were possible to give 0 stars just for the bedding, we would have done so. It is impossible to have a good night under these conditions. Regarding the shower, there was no stability: either the water was scalding hot or freezing cold, with a serious water pressure problem as well. We reported it as soon as we arrived. A housekeeper came to explain how to turn the faucet for hot or cold water... without resolving the issue. We then returned to the front desk. Thinking that we did not understand Spanish, the staff began to speak among themselves, essentially saying that "it was this way and no other," in a very unprofessional tone and with no willingness to help or find a solution. The buffet offers choices, certainly, but the quality of the food is clearly low-end. The only positive point: the location. On the other hand, the Kaktus Hotel, located right next door, is a much better option. You can go there with complete confidence.
