Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. We went as a group and booked two rooms: one double and one triple. In the triple there was an unpleasant smell and bad ventilation. The beds, in both rooms, were very uncomfortable, which made rest difficult. The shower floor was not completely clean and the water did not come out cold, which in summer should not happen. The facilities, in general, look old and lack basic details: there was no fridge or amenities in the room. In addition, the walls were very thin, so you could hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast was correct, just fine. This property is far from offering the quality expected of a 4-star hotel.

Unforgettable, I've never been to such a hotel, bad faces on the part of the receptionist, edge and not even looking at the face. I stayed one night at the Carolina Hotel in Lloret de Mar and I will not go back. Upon arrival, the reception was icy: the receptionist was cold, unkind, and clearly unprofessional. As for the room, it was very old, with outdated furniture, dated decoration and minimal comfort. There is no justification for the 4 star rating. A minimum of modernity and service is expected in this category, but this was not the case here at all. In summary: mediocre reception, old room, very limited services...
