Building very poorly insulated, clearly you can hear everything from the neighbors, plus in our unit there was no safety rail on the bunk bed. The TV remote didn't work, our room light didn't either, and dishes need to be reviewed, cleaning barely done.... I think you can find better and with free parking.

Apartment very well located with all surrounding shops and a LIDL just 1 minute away! However, the beach is 2.5 kilometers away on foot, and a car is essential... there are many free parking spaces near the residence, especially in the LIDL parking lot. The apartment is clean but aging; it lacks an oven in the kitchen, which would have been welcome... the air conditioning was leaking, which caused the outdoor balcony to become damp... the fridge no longer sealed, so it remained slightly open at all times! Apart from these small inconveniences, the residence is very quiet, the pool is a good size and very clean. Special mention to the receptionist who is very friendly.

To begin with, we had specified that it was our honeymoon, (the booking department had stipulated it), but when we arrived........nothing! The apartments are very poorly soundproofed, chairs, heels, flushes, showers.......intimate moments! The rules are posted,with the noise after 10pm..........in the end,people enter and exit at any time by slamming the doors , shouting in the common areas! Hygiene is really more than limit! Very dirty terrace in the corners, ant nests on the terrace and in the bathroom. Stovetops in bad condition (difficult to put 2 hotplates at the same time without breaking the circuit),dust on the furniture, in short, the list is long to list everything in one review, BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO REST IN QUIET...........DO NOT BOOK ESPECIALLY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Fortunately EMPURIABRAVA is a beautiful city with lots of beautiful things to see and visit.
