We rented an apartment for 4 people. Contrary to the announcement, two single beds were missing. It was a sofa bed that served as a second bed for us to sleep on. No mattress pad, the sofa bed stained, with a hole in the middle to sleep in as the bed was falling apart. The people concerned therefore slept very poorly and the hygiene level was 0.
The apartment was generally not clean, the bathroom did not conform to the advertisement either (a toilet sink put in a basin, defective shower head...), and the fridge barely cooled...
We were finally rented an apartment made for 2 people and not 4, at a completely unacceptable price compared to the quality of the property and services.
For the swimming pool, bandages floated in the water. In 6 days of presence, we did not see anyone maintaining it…
Concerning the reception, there is no one from 10 p.m., except the security guard. So don't count on them, they are not available 24 hours a day as advertised. We didn't even have a check-in the evening of our arrival, no identity check on site before handing over the keys.
After contacting the establishment, the reception refused any commercial gesture (discount or change of room) or other common ground. The receptionist stuck her head in the sand and refused to allow us to contact the head of the establishment. No kindness or professionalism on his part. She deliberately didn't want to hear anything and told us "it's Lloret de Mar", so in concrete terms we either deal with it or leave. They are aware of the lack of comfort they offer their customers and justify word for word that as it is the summer season, “you have to come in September to have comfort”.
In conclusion, there is no point in fleeing other than losing your money and your patience. This hotel shouldn't even exist in these reception conditions, it's theft.

Where to start? So many reasons, all previously brought up in prior negative reviews. The transfer drops you off no where near the hotel and as a group of 3 young girls, walking past all the old men staring at you in the bars as you walk past isn’t the most welcoming feeling. £50 deposit each on arrival and then you have to pay extra for toilet roll, towels and bed sheets (pretty much the basic essentials). The man who checked us in spoke next to no English so we conversed using translate and just pointed to the stairs in a dark hallway to find our room. The beds were the most uncomfortable concrete slabs I’ve ever slept on and, after a week, isn’t really ideal! Funny smell when we walked into the room, sometimes a horrendous eggy stench would fill the bathroom (and no it wasn’t one of us) i think it was the drainage when the toilet was flushed but it was eye watering at times. Not overly clean at all, feel like we left it better than we found it which reminds me- there’s no cleaner either. Your electricity gets turned off when you leave the room to go out for the evening to ‘save electricity’ which subsequently turns the fridge off and makes all your food wet. The ‘pool bar/kitchen’ is closed from 11-4 so if you’re thinking about having a chilled day around the pool on one of the 9 sun beds (again ridiculous) you should just find somewhere else to go. All in all, very underwhelmed however i did have an amazing holiday because of the people i went with and what we made it. (Avoid if possible tho)

Stated here last year for a special birthday. Mattresses were so bad we had to take the mattress off the sofa bed and put on top of ours just to be able to get a little comfortable. Bedding was awful and towels. We asked for them to be changed after 8 days YES 8 days and not one clean towel! Was told only if we paid! Don't think so we moved. Total sh it hole!! Don't go
