A wonderful service and top-notch attention. We had a problem with the air conditioning, and it was resolved in a very kind way and with a lot of attention and empathy, they immediately brought us up a portable AC unit and two fans (there was a moment when we were all bundled up). The concern and attention from Silvia and the hotel manager was very personal and that is something to be grateful for, they compensated us by inviting us to eat at the hotel's own restaurant. The care given to the customer is wonderful, from the girls at the bar to the entertainers and cleaning staff, 100%. Very good experience despite the mishap, ideal for going as a family and resting. A very clean hotel staff very nice and so helpful our fun team were brilliant and all ways smiling bar staff as well you can hire your towels as well would I go back a big yes

First impressions when you walk in the hotel is beautiful room lovely to but we had a broken fridge that didnt work and constantly had water leaking out on to floor when you have 1 infant and a toddler aint very good as theu must of slipped god knows how many times ended up leaving a towel down all time (did fix it day before we came home ) air con dint work from arriving either.. plug in Bath didnt fit right so was a mission trying to bath my grandsons... Now to start on the entertainment that's advertised for kids and adults full 7 days and absolutely nothing I booked here with what was advertised had 2 bored grandsons for the full week absolutely nothing for them to do from start to finish Never no sun lounges to sit on always full...Pool not big enough for the amount of people that was here Would I return definitely not
