Montanamar Lloret

After a delayed flight of over 3 hours we arrived at the hotel an 1am in the morning, greeted by the night porter, lovely hotel, very friendly staff and excellent food, just on the outskirts of the town which is great, it enabled us to do lots of walking around the area. You must visit Girona, what a beautiful city. Also a tick off your bucket list is a trip to the Camp Nou to watch Barcelona, what an awesome experience that was. The old town part of Loret De Mar is lovely, not so keen on the bars, club area of the town but you can't please everyone, overall a lovely weeks holiday in glorious sunshine, lovely hotel and a very warm welcome from all the staff there, would highly recommend this for a weeks holiday.

Been here for a week and loved it very much and staff always helpful and friendly..and always greet you with smiley faces every morning and evenings and going miss staying here :-( Rooms cleaned everyday...fresh towels Food and drinks was great price If not had supermarket down road (5min) Beach was down hill (10min) Thank you for having me and was a great visit :-)

I arrived at the hotel Montanama at 5.30 am after a delayed flight the night porter smiled and welcomed me and checked me in to my room number 203 luckily it was at the rear of the property and facing the hills and had a sea view. The room was all anyone would need on holiday nice clean bath room with bath and shower, very comfortable double bed with air con and a Tv, plus a balcony to while away the evening sun. The hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the bars and shops you could possibly want. I paid for half board and I tell you I'm so glad I did, the buffet was different every day and absolutely delicious, a choice of many fresh fish dishes and most red meats and chicken plus eat as much as you like and believe me you will come back for more. The salad selection was second to none all so fresh and tasty plus to finish off a desert and fruit. You can have a glass of the house red for 2 euros all by the bottle such a lovely wine. The staff headed up by George are all so friendly and if you like your eggs and bacon in the morning magically they bring you a plate of beans thats special. The rooms are cleaned and fresh sheets and towels most days so no complaints at all. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook for my next holiday in Spain. Lastly fly to Girona airport its much nearer than Barcelona and cheaper transfers. Lastly I paid £326 plus transfers for one week half board.
