One morning I put my things on a chaise longue and within 5 minutes they were taken away by the staff because they had put someone else there, they couldn't find another place. They left me alone. Everyone was blaming each other. It was very uncomfortable.

BITTERSWEET EXPERIENCE. The hotel is very beautiful, and the food is very good. The pool area is pleasant. The location is good. The cocktails are good and reasonably priced for the quality. However, we leave with a bittersweet taste; we had high expectations. To begin with, they told us that check-out would be at 10, even 10:30 AM, so we went up at 9:45 AM to collect the last things, and our surprise was that they were already inside our room cleaning it! And they had been doing it for a while. We do not find it very normal for them to enter our room before the early check-out with our belongings around and without being able to go to our own bathroom before leaving the room. A very unpleasant ending to the experience we had at the hotel. Areas for improvement compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the area include the lack of natural juices or even plant-based milk, which you have to request because they are not available in the buffet by default. We also booked a family suite for one night at a price of €255 and found that it had neither views nor a higher floor (2nd floor). With check-in starting at 2 PM and check-out at 10 AM, and the fact that they "rushed us out early" by cleaning our room when we still had it, we honestly expected something more. I believe it is a high price for the experience we had overall. We had higher expectations for this hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights with my boyfriend, we booked the love suite which was absolutely stunning! The room was so pretty , most comfortable bed i have ever slept in .Sea view and hot tub on the balcony , the one day it rained , it was so nice to have the hot tub as we couldn't go to the pool .Our room was cleaned every day...it was spottless.The train station is just opposite the hotel , perfect if you want to travel to other places,it was nice to watch them go by but it didn't disturb us at all , if you're worried about noise. The food ... 10/10 ! We had breakfast and dinner every day and it was so delicious and fresh. The omelette was my favourite for breakfast. Dinner had so many options, freshly cooked steaks , chicken kebabs , fish , burgers, venison one evening.My boyfriend was very happy with that and I was very happy with the vegetarian selection .The pool area was lovely, so clean and waiter service if you want a drink while on your lounger...that was very nice . All the staff were very nice , the lifeguard always said hello with a smile, bar staff and reception staff were very helpful, however, there was one staff member that was very rude on our first evening dining, we arrived for dinner at 20.45 ...as we had just got there and gotten ready. Dining room was open from 19.00 to 21. 15 ...he made a big scene , telling us we should be there at 20.30 latest! He rolled his eyes and threw his hands up in the air like we were a nuisance..very embarrassing and not a great first impression. Then as we were eating..around 21.30 , a Spanish family arrived and he got them seated no problem, he was fussing all over them but we were told we were late when we arrived. I don't know if its because we are an Irish/English couple that we weren't treated the same ? But it certainly felt like it . It's mostly Spanish, German and French people stay here ...we knew that when we booked this hotel and that didn't matter at all ...the following evenings there was a different host, he was so friendly and kind , my boyfriend asked him earlier in the day for a nice table by the window for my birthday because I didn't like the canteen style part of the dining area ,its very cramped and not nice looking up at all the floors above and the lift , it just wasnt nice for dinning , and the host reserved one for us ...looking out at the fountain which was really nice and every evening after that he gave us a nice table , we really appreciated that . We went out after dinner most evenings so can't comment on the entertainment but we stayed in one night because it was raining...played some pool and air hockey and just sat in the bar playing cards...there was some music on and it was a really nice evening. We really liked the wrist band , it opened the bedroom door and you also use it while paying for drinks .I also noticed this is a very wheelchair friendly hotel which is great .Overall we had an amazing time but wouldn't return, we like to relax at dinner but it all felt very rushed and not a nice setting
