hotel is beautiful but food is really very bad never experienced all inn and have to eat outside because food is cold and the melon is hot

We recently stayed at this hotel for our family holiday, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing overall. One of the biggest issues was the elevators. They were extremely slow, and we spent a significant amount of time waiting for them throughout our stay. On several occasions, they were not working at all. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel for families traveling with strollers or anyone with mobility challenges. The food was also underwhelming and nothing special. What made the dining experience even worse was the noise level in the restaurant. It was so loud during meals that we often had to raise our voices just to have a conversation. In addition, staff frequently started clearing away food long before the advertised closing time, which felt frustrating and unwelcoming. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Noise travels easily between rooms, and there is loud music every evening until around midnight. The hotel also hosts nightly shows, but the volume is excessively high. We were unable to enjoy the entertainment because it was simply too loud, and we certainly did not want to expose our children to that level of noise. If you prefer to go to bed early or are looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday, this is not the hotel for you. The swimming pools are nice, and the outdoor areas are well maintained. The beach is located some distance away, but it is reachable via a pleasant walk. The staff were generally not very accommodating. When we were initially given a dirty room with stains and other cleanliness issues, we were eventually allowed to change rooms. However, no apology was offered, and we were left with the impression that our complaint was more of an inconvenience to the staff than a genuine concern. Overall, while the pools and outdoor facilities were enjoyable, the slow and unreliable elevators, poor food quality, excessive noise, lack of soundproofing, and disappointing customer service mean that we would not choose to stay here again
