Rosa Nautica

Just returned from a quite fantastic stay at the Rosa Nàutica hotel in an amazing location virtually on the beach. Anyway the hotel rooms are a bit dated but more than comfortable and adequate the only downside I found tbh were the cleaners there just not very good never ever swept the room and did bare minimum so if this was my business I’d have to look at that one .On the plus side the other staff bar staff reception etc etc were amazing a credit to the hotel and then I move onto the chefs wow what a job they do absolutely incredible hotel food every single day producing something very very tasty and of great quality there a real jewel in the crown I do hope they receive all positives thrown at them they totally deserve it. Thank you so much Rosa nautica for a very lovely holiday and a definite return in the future.

Simply magnificent, from the structure to the comfort to the friendliness and kindness of all the staff...from the bar service to the buffet area, to the reception...in short, a magnificent memory and the promise of a return as soon as possible.

During my stay in early April, a member of the reception staff directed a racist slur at my son, calling him a “monkey”. This was shocking and deeply offensive. I raised this immediately with another staff member, who attempted to defend the behaviour rather than address it appropriately. I then confronted the individual directly, but there was no acknowledgement of wrongdoing, no apology, and no remorse. The way this situation was handled is completely unacceptable. No guest should ever experience this kind of treatment, and the lack of accountability from staff made the situation even worse. I am extremely disappointed and distressed by this experience, and I would strongly urge the hotel to take this seriously and address it properly. The room was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned or dusted for a long time. The blankets were dusty, and the bathroom — particularly the toilet — was in an unacceptable condition. Basic facilities were also lacking or unreliable. The heating did not work initially but seemed to start working only after I reported it. A light stopped working on the second day. There were not enough pillows, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, leaving me with severe neck and back pain. Housekeeping was inadequate. I had to repeatedly request fresh towels, and we ran out of toilet paper during the night. I was told I would need to go to reception to collect more, which is not reasonable. The only decent thing about the hotel was the food.
