Clean apartment, optimal location as close to every service to the beach and locals, friendly and discreet staff and especially extremely comfortable beds. My friend slept like a rock, highly recommend it.

We booked a week and after 5 days we left because even with earplugs on the 6th floor the soundproofing is non-existent Even if the location is good because facing the sea I don't recommend this place unless you don't want to sleep

Nice, neat and clean apartment, location is really great because you are on the corner of the strip and on the corner of the boulevard. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but it is still quiet because the clubs are just down the street. Air conditioning and ventilation work well (all windows must be closed otherwise the system will not work). Friendly and helpful staff who keep a close eye on everything, which is very nice. Mandatory wearing of a band on your wrist from the hotel. The beds were okay, spring mattresses, some softer than others. You can use the launderette for €4. Towels are changed every 3 days. You have to get toilet paper at the reception when it runs out. The big disadvantage for us was that the booking website said that there was "private parking" available, but that was not true at all! Very unfortunate because I had access to a Lamborghini for 2 days, which I absolutely do not park in a public garage. Parking is only available in garages and costs between €20/€24 per day. The parking garages are also very small, we could hardly park our SUV anywhere. Personally, I recommend a room with a partial sea view. This way you can enjoy the strip and the sea
