Sabiote

Clean!! Lovely bed. Nice shower. Narrow balconies. Good air conditioning. Noise from both the busy street and the church are well shut out by the double windows. Enjoyed the peace. For breakfast and all other things like pool and bar you have to go to the Merce hotel. Less than 2 minutes away.

The description and photos of the hotel are very misleading if not false. All the amenities are in fact across the road at another hotel, this is not stated anywhere. I arrived at 2.30am on my own so having to walk to another hotel to check in because I couldn't get in my hotel wasn't ideal. There is no roof top pool, restaurant, tv lounge or concierge at the Sabiote its ALL across the road at the Merce hotel. I was given a room with a 'window' with absolutely no view (see photos) so I didn't know whether it was day or night and had zero natural light. It felt very claustrophobic. On a positive note the bed and pillows were really comfy and the room was really clean. You can't hear the church bells or traffic as its next to a busy road. The town is lovely and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. I can only think that this hotel is a 1 star as it has zero amenities.
