A very disappointing experience. We booked a suite with a jacuzzi because it was the main reason for our stay, and for that reason we paid €570, compared to the approximately €230 that a standard room cost. As soon as we turned on the jacuzzi, we verified that it was expelling dirt particles and hair through the jets, leaving the water in completely unacceptable conditions for use. After wasting the whole morning (from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) waiting for them to solve the problem, they moved us to another suite. Our surprise was that the jacuzzi in the second room had exactly the same problem. According to what several hotel staff members indicated to us, the problem could be due to a lack of system maintenance. The result was that we paid a significant surcharge for a suite whose main attraction we could not enjoy at any time. The compensation offered consisted of a bottle of cava (we do not consume alcohol), two refill soft drink vouchers, and a late check-out that we already explained to them we could not take advantage of because we had to pick up our children. Subsequently, they also offered us a discount for a future stay, something we rejected because, after this experience, we have no intention of returning. To all this, we must add the general state of maintenance of the suite: a shower that sprayed water toward the ceiling, the toilet paper holder hanging off, and several detached decorative trims, details improper for a room for which a premium price is paid. The most disappointing thing has been the subsequent handling of the complaint. Instead of assuming that the contracted service was not provided under the agreed conditions, the hotel has tried to justify what happened and consider sufficient some compensations that, in our judgment, bear no proportion to the damage suffered. It was our third stay at hotels in the chain and, unfortunately, it will be the last. We will not return and cannot recommend an establishment that charges a much higher price for a suite whose main attraction is unusable and whose response to a complaint of this type is very far from what one would expect.

Horrible!!!! We went with IMSERSO, which does not change the terrible condition of room 654. Bathtub rusted, bathroom window misaligned, terrace door broken..... We complained to management, and they did not even bother to come and see all the damages...... I will not return, and I certainly advise everyone against going to this hotel.....

The dirty hotel has changed our room because it was dirty, it has 2 stars left over. I entered the hotel and saw a dog charging inside the hotel at the entrance door. Bad food. The hotel was hello to dirty. WE'RE NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. Photos on the web are very misleading has nothing to do with photos.
