Terrible and old hotel, the beds are old ,the room is small, the air conditioning in the room was not working and we lived on the 8th floor, it was impossible to sleep at night, no one renovated it even though we asked for it. I don't advise anyone to rest there. The location is also poor, far from the station and the center. A ruined vacation...

Wow reading some of these reviews really makes me feel that I was in the same boat and would just about give this hotel a 2 star rating. Book elsewhere there are much better hotels that deserve a 4* star rating but not this one. We are having still so many issues with this hotel in trying to get a refund due to not even staying one night and from the reviews I am so glad we didn't stay as it would have escalated to a longer complaint. The hotel staff are rude, and lie - even the hotel chain "Medplaya" head office does not acknowledge any form of complaint. I am so glad we moved hotel where we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. Save yourself and book elsewhere not worth the hassle with the hotel go and enjoy a holiday in a good 4* hotel but not here !!

Hotel with friendly staff, although it needs a lot of touch-ups. A small TV and the room was a bit cramped, with views of the road, but there was not excessive noise. Breakfast buffet was acceptable.
