Very disappointing stay. The staff was unfriendly and barely spoke English, making communication difficult. The rooms were not clean, the hotel is very noisy and the breakfast was mediocre. During dinner, dirty plates were not cleared in time. The most annoying thing was the way I was treated. I felt strongly that I was being treated differently from other guests, which felt like profiling to me. It made me feel totally unwelcome. For me, this was not a pleasant experience. I will not be coming back here again and do not recommend this hotel to other visitors either.

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and the service was far below what you would expect. The room was incredibly small, with what was advertised as a double bed but was actually only around 130 cm wide. The room itself was poorly finished, and the bathroom had visible black mould. On top of that, there was an ant infestation. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear almost everything happening in the neighbouring rooms and hallways. It was difficult to get a good night’s sleep because of how noisy the hotel was. The food was also very disappointing. There was very little variety, and almost everything appeared to come from pre-packaged products rather than being freshly prepared. The only fresh items were the eggs and pancakes made by the chef at breakfast. The staff were generally unfriendly, condescending, and unwilling to help. The hotel website states that staff speak English, but in reality communication was extremely difficult because very few employees spoke it. During breakfast, dirty plates were left piling up on tables for a long time before anyone cleared them. One experience in particular made us feel very uncomfortable. We were told that our group of four could not sit at a certain table, only to see a group of three seated there shortly afterwards. Based on the difference in how we were treated, we were left with the impression that we were treated differently because of our skin colour. Another inconvenience was that only one key card is provided per room, which is very impractical when more than one person is staying. The night receptionist was especially rude. One night we returned around 2 a.m. We quietly wished each other goodnight while already whispering, and instead of politely asking us to keep the noise down, the receptionist simply shushed us. This was particularly frustrating because there had been much louder groups making noise outside after midnight without any intervention. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, the service was unfriendly, and we did not feel welcome. I would not recommend staying here.

Bar staff and reception can barely speak English, besides they don't want to offer any help at all. We are very shocked, because we saw them twice to treat people racist. The persons asked nicely if they could change money, but because of their color this was not possible. After this, there were several white girls who could switch. In short if you are a person of color try to avoid this hotel.
