This hotel must be avoided if you are English. Was there between July 14-21 2023. Hotel was clean however staff and other guests hated the fact we were English. You come away to have a good time and relax but then are singled out for the fact you are English. Food was chucked at your plate. Bar staff talked about you the biggest give away was ingles then staff would look and laugh. They must think I was born yesterday. Save your money and go else where. Please avoid

I am here now, arrived yesterday and all I can say is do not come here! Spend your money elsewhere. The food is disgusting, the only thing we found edible last night is chips. The staff are rude and obnoxious mainly the female reception staff and chambermaids, absolutely vile attitudes, make you feel extremely unwelcome and if I was in my own country I dare say I’d give them a piece of my mind for just how rude they are! They clearly talk and laugh about you, look at your like your sh*t, huff and puff and are very awkward if you ask for something and their English is very basic or at least that’s how they act so they look at you like you’re stupid. And to make it all better this morning I woke up with a room full of ants!!! Only good thing about this hotel is the pool. Stay away, I already want to be home and I am devastated as this is my sons first ever holiday abroad :(

We stayed at this very standard hotel during 6 nights. First of all, you have to carry your suitcases up 30 stairs to get to the lobby. There's no direct access to the hotel from the street, you have to go up the 30 stairs! Rooms are very standard. When we asked to use the fitness room we were told "it's not fitted".And when I asked for some help to bring our suitcases down the stairs when leaving the hotel, we were told they didn't have anybody to help because "nobody asked for that service before". Rooms were clean.
