Very good stay, the site is superb, the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, the breakfast is excellent, hearty and very varied. The meals included in the half-board in the evening could be greatly improved. On the other hand, the Brava for fast food with tapas is perfect.

Disappointment after two years, The strong points of this hotel remain undeniably the view, absolutely breathtaking, the location (even if it is a bit out of the way) and the quality of the dining in general. On the other hand, this year was a real disappointment. The main problem concerns the rooms. The soundproofing is VERY INADEQUATE: despite wearing earplugs, the noise disturbance is constant. Doors slam very loudly throughout the hotel and the old exterior woodwork does not insulate against noise or sufficiently against the outside. The front desk agreed to change our room, but the problem was exactly the same. We also noticed several maintenance defects: toilet bowl in poor condition, peeling paint, cloudy and uninviting pool water, gym where the air conditioning does not work, making the room almost unusable due to the intense heat. The room was also quite small for an establishment of this category. The most regrettable thing, however, remains the way our comments were received. We took the time to send a detailed email to point out these various issues, in a constructive approach. To this day, we are still waiting for a real response. During our previous exchanges regarding certain points about the dining, we received no apologies, only justifications. It is this lack of consideration that disappointed us the most. The general feeling is that no questioning is being considered and no apology is being offered, even when the remarks are made with kindness. We had also asked if it was possible to book a room in the renovated part, but that was refused to us. It is all the more a pity because we sincerely appreciate this establishment and its staff. We were planning to return next year, but this experience now makes us hesitate. With better listening to customers and real consideration of feedback, this hotel could live up to its magnificent setting and exceptional view.

As a result of the fire in the cabanyas of Calonge we left our house for safety and went to the hotel. We were very good and warm welcomed! We immideatly received keys for a great room and we didn’t have to pay for breakfast and parking. What a perfect hotel! Geeat people! Thanks a lot!! It brought rest in a stressfull situation!
