Hotel is in a great position and the staff are good . However, I would not class this as a 3 star. No tea/coffee facilities, no wardrobe just a small rail. So we had to live out of suitcases. We paid an extra €48 for a sea view ,but as the balcony was covered in bird poo and not clean we couldn't take advantage of it. Cleanliness was not brilliant overall. The food was very basic ,luke warm, ( we did had to use the microwave each time) bazaar food choices , at times , pig trotters for lunch !!!!

The staff is unpleasant, especially for the restaurant service, not a smile from the servers, they look like prison guards. They spend their time rushing the customers. The all-inclusive is really useless, just a few small drinks. The food is really very, very bad. Avoid at all costs. I really do not recommend it.

We came for a quiet vacation and we found a lot of children's excursions occupying the entire pool without even being able to get in, every day in the room next door an alarm sounded for 20/30 minutes and until they hit it they didn't turn it off and that's if they turned it off. Every day with music on the speaker at a horrible volume and our last night another alarm woke us up at 3:00 am and also the music they had on at 4:30/5 in the morning so we had to go down to say it at reception, a very nice guy named Ismael attended to us who solved our problem and thanks to him we were able to sleep the rest of the night.
