Sorrabona

The hotel is well-maintained, very clean, room cleaned every day, well located near shops, bars, restaurants, and the train station to go to Barcelona is a 5-minute walk (1h15 per trip). There are always free sun loungers available all day at the pool. One street to cross to get to the beach, public beach, no sun loungers or umbrellas. The staff is not very friendly, no greetings or smiles from many of them. Cocktails are not extraordinary and expensive compared to prices outside. And as in many hotels, eat early, whether it's for breakfast or dinner, otherwise many things are missing even though there is still 1 hour of service left. No daytime activities, sometimes a singer in the evening, or nothing at all. Correct value for money.

To my knowledge, the only 3-star hotel as clean as a 5-star hotel.

The major positive points are hygiene, location, and soundproofing. However, regarding dining, it is not great at all; if I had to do it again, I would opt for a breakfast-only option instead of half-board. But well, it is a three-star, and for a three-star, it remains a good value for money.
