As I say in the headline, YES, but no. Too many stars for what it is. Excellent location. The bit about crossing the tracks should already be known. I insist, excellent location, beachfront, large, giant pools, entertainment, bar, restaurant... so far so good... decent rooms, without amenities for the category, sun loungers pre-reserved with a towel despite the prohibition, prohibitive bar prices, chaos in the dining room for breakfast and dinner, despite the vain effort of its empathetic and professional workers, who give it their all but cannot keep up. Repetitive food and mediocre service at the front desk with very strict rules like finishing dinner at 9:30 PM and closing the pool at 7:00 PM. Nice and functional, but excessively expensive for a 3-star hotel with a 4-star superior title. My criticism is intended to be constructive; if I were to return to Santa Susanna, I would try another establishment, but I would never rule out returning to Tahiti Playa. There are things to improve, but for a quick getaway like mine was, it can be repeated.

You want a relaxing vacation, you shouldn't be here. You have to put your towel on a bed at 7 am if you want to have a place on the pool. The buffet restaurant is far too small for the number of guests with the result that you sometimes just wait 20 minutes and then can not sit at a table with your company. The cheese was gone and I asked nicely about this and got the answer that they had nothing left. however 5 minutes later it was suddenly there. staff are in a hurry because the hotel cannot cope with the capacities for the number of guests. at check-in and check-out it is also far too crowded and you have to wait a long time. I asked for a cart to transport my suitcase upstairs but then you get an answer yes we do have one but I don't know where. Do not bring a car as there is no space to park. And many small rooms, for the money you pay for them.

Racists, from the director to the security guard; if you are brown-skinned and don't have blue eyes they don't respect you, they are abusers. I do not recommend them. We will report them to consumer protection.
