€100 deposit taken on arrival which was a shock, on departure reception said my room was perfectly in order… I’m still waiting for return…of my deposit reception said refund would follow and didn’t want my card… I’m still waiting!!!

They scammed us, the staff is violent. The receptionist present during the night hours, besides not knowing how to speak any language, is never at his post because he keeps leaving the premises for hours on end (he is the only one who can allow access to the building). Not knowing how to communicate with people, after assaulting us, he called the police who kicked us out of the building two days before checkout; we did not receive any refund. Our apartment was perfect, but they still won't return the deposit for damages to the apartment that were not committed. Be careful, it could become a REALLY unpleasant vacation; it was for us.

The bad reviews on here clearly don’t understand you aren’t going to get luxury for the price of this hotel. It’s a room to sleep, and it’s fine. Not the comfiest, and not the quietest- but if you were expecting peace and quiet when booking a hotel on the lloret strip with a maccies underneath it, then that’s on you. If you’re on a group holiday and plan on drinking on the strip, then this hotel is in an ideal location. The convenience of the maccies and burger king attached is perfect for a hungover snack. The beds aren’t very comfy, but we only noticed on our last night when we were sober to be honest. Our only other complaint is we didn’t have hot water, but with some messing about of the tap we could get it lukewarm which is fine in the heat. Overall, i’d recommend if you’re on a budget group drinking trip- but if you’re looking for relaxation and luxury then not the place for you
