To start from the positive side of our stay in this apartment - It was clean, has 2 bathrooms, spacious leaving room, balcony and the location is superb! What lets this apartment down is the facilities and the outdated furniture. We stayed end of October and the rates were okay but I can imagine how much they charge in the summer. The apartment needs renovation! and the furniture needs to be updated. The lifts are very small. The front door can be locked which is great but to lock the door you need to pull the door properly otherwise it can be left open. Lloret, in general, is a very safe place to visit so I had no concerns about safety and security, however, this probably needs to be looked into. Will I return to stay here again? Yes, I would if the place was renovated happily would pay £100 a night (In the summer) but if not renovated I would not pay more than £50.

It’s awful! I heard all the time my neighbors! Hotel ( near by apartments) was renovated. Awful vacations , I won’t arrive in this place !Never !! Apartments are very dirty!!! Very noisy . Windows of bedroom look in the public corridor. And you hear all people , who come back home

It was very well geographically placed for the beach/shops/eating places etc, the apartment my partner and I stayed was ok but very dated.... and in bad need of refurbishment, we had self-catering but had to ask for a kettle and toaster... But, the balcony views were very impressive indeed and made the stay enjoyable...The staff were very helpful and friendly... The only thing that let it down was the very "Dated" bit...But, apart from that it was enjoyable for the money spent for the accomadiation etc.
