It's the worst experience I've ever experienced in hotels. The photographs don't match reality. Cockroaches, unspeakable smells. Dire treatment of clients, impossible to write everything lived because it would never end. It is not recommended for anyone but less if traveling with children or young people. The HORRIBLE location afraid to go outside. Many bands.Answer from the manager: they already knew where they got into. Not a single apology. If you smell the room take air freshener because there is nothing else. And I'm not just talking about one room because we were an extensive group of parents and children. The hotel has never had so many people I think. The best thing you can do is shut down and do a deep spray and fix everything. NOT RECOMMENDED.

A complete hotel (of African immigrants) that cause problems to the hotel constantly.. You should place that when booking the hotel, if I knew that of the 200 rooms 195 were occupied by Africans I wouldn't have stayed there.

The only positive thing about this hotel is that it was fairly clean. Don't stay here. We checked out on the second day (and would have left sooner). We didn't feel safe nor had a good rest. The hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars at all. There are men who stay at the hotel hanging around at the hotel and on the second morning there was ambulance and police discussing with them. We didn't feel safe. The hotel car park is open 24h but there's no security, gates are always open, there are again, men hanging around in there and there are no security codes to enter to exit like in other 3 star hotels like Ibis for example. The rooms are very dated with mold, uncomfortable beds, hair drier that falls apart. The main issue is that the room doors are regular doors you would have had in your house back inthe 80s with a simple key, not an electric one. So you can hear every single noise. We had very disturbed sleep and didn't feel safe at all. What seem the only positive note, the pool, had a broken ladder to get into. Clearly not intending to fix as it's summer which is peak season. Very disappointing. Avoid at all costs
