Apartamentos Costa Brava

Everything was fine until the lifeguard round the pool starting shouting uncontrollably as someone was drinking alcohol in the pool there is no sign to say u carnt do that ! There was no need to speak to the man like he did he is not fit for the job role I Will not come back here, When staff are shouting were my son is 👍🏻

Stayed here 23rd of December for 6 days, I feel I was robbed of my deposit because my apartment when I left was clean and tidy. I paid a extra €15 for somebody to come check my apartment has we had a early check out which was not a problem but they didn't turn up and has it was so early in the morning there was no one else to talk to about this issue. Since being home I have tried a few contact number for this company, I have rung different times of the day and night but no one seems to anewer the phone. So if i get a response to the review maybe a contact number that somebody will answer would be great so I can sort my issue with this company out

Wish I could give it less than one star. They try and take as much money off you as possible I.e. late check in, early check out, cleaning, noise. A cleaner never visited the flat while we were there, so dirty bed sheet, mucky floors. They don't provide towels, soap, kettle... but they do provide you with a mop, bucket and brush so you can clean the apartment. Reception only open a few hours a day, which was stupid... and the person on reception couldn't speak English, so when I asked to see the policies/conditions/receipts for all the charges, they didn't understand us (conveniently), so basically they made up their own rules about fees. Spend a little bit more and stay somewhere nicer, as they will try take as much money as possible from you!
