Armonia Lloret

It's dirty here, it's all dusty and disgusting. The beds are not clean. The shower as well as the toilet just as little!! There are things in the room broken (lamp). the balcony is quite dirty and the panes, even fragile!

When looking for a hotel in Lloret de Mar I came by this one on booking.com. I booked a room on their website for 3 nights and got a confirmation email right away. When luckily walking by the hotel a day before our "stay" there we noticed the door was shut, mailbox full of mail and blinds down. I tried contacting the hotel right away by email and phone but no answer. Asked local businesses around and they said it is closed. Highly disappointed and mad since there is nothing on their website that the hotel is closed and it is absolute stupidity that their website lets you book a room and sends out an confirmation. Never will visit this hotel again nor suggest it to anyone. So disappointed and mad - a note on their webpage should be mandatory and no confirmation email should be sent out.

To be honest because of the no air con tiny rooms and the view is ridiculous it’s actually down some kind of shoot? When you open the balcony door your faced with 4 walls, there’s no natural air or sunlight at all! Complained on day one demanded another room, the guy in reception was lovely and said no problem we will change you over tomorrow and put a fan in the room straight away, as he was so attentive, and fetched me extra pillows and checked we were ok I stayed in the room. There’s no television but the room was very clean and tidy. Defiantly recommend for a cheap holiday for a weekend but not for young families no way. Breakfast is standard. Also no television. I’d rate it a one star however due to the kind staff and the cleanliness I’ll rate it a 3.
