Bolero Apartments

I never write reviews but this hotel is absolutely stinking. They take £100 pp per room for damages what a joke 😃 the room is stinking hair every where plus full of hair dirty floors burn marks in settee the settee was stinking.Around the pool was stinking left over cocaine packets on floor by loungers there was something floating all in pool that looked like poo. The hotel was so loud with kids partying and taking drugs . Stay away from this hotel unless you want to stay in a drug parking dirty hotel.

Our stay at the AR Bolero Park was an extremely disappointing experience. Upon our arrival, we discovered a room in an unacceptably dirty state: numerous black marks resembling mold around the ventilation/air conditioning, marks also present on the heater located right next to the bed, dirty bed frames, and particularly dirty windows and tracks. The photos speak for themselves. Since the person accompanying me was asthmatic, the state of the room was particularly problematic, and she unfortunately had an asthma attack during our stay in the room. We immediately reported the situation to the front desk and asked for a solution. The receptionist told us that no other room was available and that he could not do anything, asking us to wait until the next day to speak to the manager. When we expressed our concern, his attitude seemed particularly cold to us, and our problem was minimized. Faced with the state of the room and the lack of a proposed solution, we finally decided to leave the hotel around 11 p.m., the very evening of our arrival, and had to look for other accommodation in the middle of the night. An experience that we found totally unacceptable and that we would not wish on anyone. We do not recommend this establishment.

Worst apartment I've ever been in. rude staff and night guards who believe themselves to be the guards of alcatraz, do everything to scold those who are staying and kick them out of the structure. the rooms were dirty and there is no cleaning service, towels and towels (in addition to being 2 for a room of 4) will be available to be changed only after 4 days of accommodation and the toilet paper provided will only be 1 roll. Air conditioning non-existent there is only one air recycling that barely works, moreover there is not even a bidet in some rooms. very small rooms with only one room with double bed (the other two slept on the sofa). the most important factor is that the deposit has not yet been returned a week and a half after check-out when it had to be returned the same day. dirty pool and full of hair. the only positive is the pool bar that served very good products. the only nice person was the pool lifeguard. I do NOT recommend staying here.
