I had a hotel reserved with, among other things, parking and air conditioning. Upon checking in, it turned out the hotel did not have parking at all. We ended up parking on the other side under the casino for €25 per day. When we entered our very old room, it turned out it didn't have air conditioning. Back to the counter, where we asked for another room WITH air conditioning. We got them provided there was a fee of €35 per day. Luckily we got two days free (instead of 4). Upon arriving in the other room, the air conditioning turned out to work very poorly and the room was not really cool. At the counter, they said the technician would come by. Later it turned out that he could not solve the hill. We asked for another room again, but that might be a problem. Fortunately, we could move again the next day and we had a place with a well-working air conditioner. We had a room with breakfast. When we had breakfast in the morning, the disappointment was great. The breakfast "buffet" was actually a bust. What eggs, cheese and some coffee cakes, nothing more and the buffet was far from well catered. The coffee was also not strong enough. On other days we went out for breakfast. I will definitely not come back here And I haven't even talked about the noise from the youngsters past midnight!!!

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The food was shocking cat food would have been better. The rooms were disgusting in 7.days they was not cleaned nor beds changed. And in that was a geat wave with no air con. Yes the rooms had no air con The hotel was full and I mean full of drunk kids a d gangs of teenagers. Every night at the front was fights and party's and the security guard did nothing. U cannot put into words how bad this hotel is
