The security staff was horrible

We went to an economy apartment, and it is one thing for it to be the "economy" apartment and another thing for it to be trashed, the whole floor dirty, the bathroom is pathetic... it is clear they do not clean it because as soon as we arrived there was a rubber band on the bathroom floor with hair, an almond on the kitchen floor... and not to mention that the kitchen cutlery is rusty and the knives do not cut. On the other hand, at the front desk they tell you that the pool hours are until 9:00 PM and the lifeguard kicks you out at 8:00 PM. I am writing this comment while I am staying here because we woke up at 6 in the morning because we have an excursion an hour and a half from here and we cannot use my shower, my bathroom, my faucet, or anything because there is no water, we called the front desk and they tell us that it is a problem for the entire apartment hotel and that it will not be fixed until 8:00, but of course, the pool jets are working... . A total disappointment

We had a very good stay at this apartment hotel. Our apartment was not yet renovated, but it was very clean, functional and equipped with air conditioning. We had an apartment overlooking the pool directly and, despite that, we were never bothered by noise in the evening. The atmosphere is calm and family-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. The pool is quite large, very clean and pleasant. It is also possible to eat on-site, which is very convenient. There are a few activities, even if it remains quite light. The location is really nice: about 10 minutes on foot from a pretty cove and 15 minutes on foot from the city center. No problem either parking in the free parking lot: we always found a spot easily. Overall, a very good stay, quiet and pleasant. We really appreciated the location and the family atmosphere of the establishment.
