Great rooms, great location and everything was arranged well. The lady, around 27 years old, behind the counter didn't enjoy her job much and didn't really want to help when she kept giving us the wrong room keys. Also, our key didn't work because the door was broken. Of course, we wanted to get food and look around the town. So we had to ask at the desk if someone could open our door, which the staff found annoying and showed it. 8 hours after arrival, someone finally came to fix the lock and we could go in ourselves. Furthermore, the staff was unfriendly and seemed to have no pleasure in their work, with the exception of the male guard.

Dramatic. Beds were bad pillow not to do. Terrible staff. We hadn't even entered our room yet and that guy freaked out. Neighbor nuisance a lot! and didn't get our designated room. Never book here take this from us!!

Money stolen over night from purse and purse thrown over the balcony. Purse had £90 and 30euro cash in when I went to bed. My handbag was in the living room and when I woke in the morning my purse was missing, after searching we had spied it thrown over the balcony. After it had been retrieved by the staff and handed back I checked to realise all the money had been taken. Hotel won’t do anything under £600. CCTV has not been checked. Real shame as the location was good and pool area nice.
