Costa Brava Blanes

It seems the hallways have been renovated this side of the millennium, they look quite nice - the rooms have not. Our room was sad in so many ways; scuff marks and chipped paint, enamel missing in the bathtub = grimy looking, silver fish scurrying in the bathroom, thin/worn towels and an even thinner mattress (apparently different in different rooms so you might he get lucky), un-ironed sheets, no fridge and an AC that was turned off daytime. Location is also not great, but you can get to the sea on foot in 10 minutes. The breakfast was the only positive surprise; a good selection and the fresh fruit was lovely. The dining room however was just as depressing as the hotel room. I would not stay here again but if you just need a place to stay and comfort isn’t important then go for it.

I gave 5 stars despite a small issue with soundproofing. But honestly, €80 with breakfast included, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I recommend it.

NORMAL HOTEL..WITHOUT PRETENDING NOW THE PRICE SKYROCKET..SMALL POOL..BREAKFAST FAIR...THE BAD THING IS THAT MY PARTNER LEFT A NEW SWIMSUIT IN THE ROOM..WE CALLED AND THEY TELL US THAT THEY HAVE LOST AND CALLED US....AND THEY PASS AND SPEND THE DAYS AND NOTHING..SRS OF THE HOTEL THAT THEY DO WELL THE SWIMSUIT AND ENJOY IT......
