L'Hort

Booked apartment (L'Hort) through loveholidays, bad from the start. First, the transfer had the wrong apartment written down, we were dropped off and had to ask directions to get there. After finding the apartments we were told it was wrong(!), and had to ask directions again to get to L'Hort. We found them, and we had no way off getting in. After calling the company we were told to go to a non-existent reception, or ask non-existent staff! We were then told, after 3 lengthy calls, we had to go to an office about 20 minutes walk away, which was closed for the afternoon. From drop off to actually getting in took about 4 hours. The apartment itself was fine, loveholidays need to change their review though.

A appalling apartment so much broken and needed upgrading. The hot water tank was leaking down the back of the fridge. The showerhead was broken One of the bed was broken. Broken chairs There were 36 other faults. Very noisy at night. They did fix some of the major problems but not all. All in all not a nice experience and not a place for a holiday.
