Decent hotel / restaurant buffet is decent, varied food, too bad that drinks are not included, especially water which is paid. We asked the manager for a carafe of water every evening and we noticed that he didn't like it much. As for the rooms, a good refresh is necessary. There is really a lack of soundproofing, people who think they are alone, who talk and run in the hallways, the room partitions: you can hear people talking: several times we had to knock on the wall. Otherwise, friendly staff at the reception, and very dedicated staff at the restaurant.

Great value. breakfast is good. There was an issue with our room which was resolved by Ayara. Was really impressed with her friendliness and customer service. Hotel is very clean and centrally located. Is quite basic though

⭐ TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED – NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS A huge disappointment. We paid nearly €200 in total for one night, parking included, based on the photos presented during booking. Upon our arrival, we felt like we were discovering a completely different hotel. The room absolutely does not correspond to the photos: paint peeling off the walls in several places, stained and damaged walls and doors, deteriorated furniture, and a general condition clearly unworthy of the price asked. The photos we are attaching to this review speak for themselves. But the most unacceptable part remains the establishment's reaction. Faced with the condition of the room, we immediately asked for a solution and explained that we wished to leave and be refunded. No real solution was offered to us. We were simply told that the refund had to be accepted by management and that it was therefore not even guaranteed if we left the hotel. In other words, after having paid nearly €200 for the night with parking, for a room that absolutely does not look like the one presented during booking, we would have to take the risk of leaving without even knowing if our money will be returned to us. At this price point, it is totally incomprehensible. We were not asking for luxury, simply to receive a room corresponding to what we had booked and paid for or, failing that, for a proper solution to be offered to us. We travel regularly and it is rare that we leave such a negative review, but here, the disappointment is total. Between the photos that do not reflect the room we received, its condition, and the lack of an immediate solution from the establishment, our experience is catastrophic. We absolutely do not recommend this establishment under these conditions. Before booking, look carefully at the photos left by customers, not just those presented by the hotel.
