Uncomfortable stay, by the restaurant manager.For a miserable bottle of water refilled from the tap, we had an inadequate answer from a professional, since that day I missed 4 dinners and no apology.And to qualify, when a family member of mine came out, he said: I'm sorry he's leaving." That's the profession the restaurant manager has.

Very friendly people but the hotel is in need of renewal. Buffet was hugely substandard! Dirty plates, little choice.. Food was cold and not tasty.. Best eat outside! Water was in a carafe and not in a bottle so you don't know if this is pure tap water.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, as my husband was bitten by bed bugs and his limbs are covered in bites. Once at the hotel, the day after his first night, the blisters appeared, and over the days it has worsened to such an extent that he had to go to the emergency room three times due to the itching.
