Hotel well located in Roses, close to the sea. The room was very clean and probably recently renovated, we had taken half board, buffet in the evening for dinner, very good, varied, meat, fish, paella... Buffet also for breakfast. Good point also for the staff.

Room with a good appearance but the bathroom smells a lot like humidity and the smell floods the room, and it seems like you share it with the room next door because you can even hear them farting, staff very good, elevator excessively slow, better to go up and down the stairs. Better to have breakfast outside the hotel, the buffet only has pastries, some apples and some oranges, it has 0 grill and if you want to make yourself some toast you eat the bread plain, savory items are missing. You are almost forced to eat pastries.

Avoid at all costs. Reservation presented in a misleading way: the "2 single beds" option was requested as a simple preference, without any mention that it could be refused based on availability. Once my reservation was made (non-refundable), the hotel informed me after the fact that they only have double beds, leaving me "the choice" to cancel at my own expense. I contested this procedure in writing. Result: they canceled my reservation unilaterally, under the pretext that I was not answering the phone, even though our message exchanges were active. When I called them, they told me about an hour after the cancellation that the room had already been taken by someone else — a timing to say the least suspicious that suggests an opportunistic resale of the room at a higher rate. Result: my vacation is ruined a few days before departure, without accommodation and without any consideration on their part. An establishment to avoid if you want to escape stress and unpleasant surprises.
