Santa Susanna Resort

What I liked most was the staff in general, very friendly. In the dining room, the maitre d' was always very attentive. I am a bit sensitive with my stomach and I asked him for some grilled meat or fish. Always looking out for me!! I would walk through the door and he would already offer me some dish. Thank you José Luis.

don't go there!!!!!!!! I stayed in July 2026, it's full of drunk English people who only want to drink and make noise then they report you, the Italian; the reception takes their side and so they send you away without refunding you, don't try to refrain because they call the police

Good and bad experience with staff Food omg it was terrible same thing every day and sometimes you wasn't even sure what the dishes was suppose to be hot food was always cold. We paid for for all inclusive it was more like full board with 2 lots of sittings The pool bar closed at 11am and opened at 4pm. Even when it was open you couldn't get a beer unless you climbed back up the steep steps which wasn't an option as couple of us was disabled there was a lift which took you to the other end of the building from the bar Then to top it off we were not checked correctly. We checked on the Thursday our Key was deactived on the Friday afternoon we weren't due to check until the Sunday Then they gave our room to someone else so we had 4 random people in our room and belonging was still in they Reception thought it was funny response at first was not good it took until the next day for someone to deal with complaint properly Would definitely not stay or recommend this hotel Santa Susanna itself is lovely plenty of shop bars and restaurant. There is a train that runs regularly to Barcalona I would come back to Santa Susanna.
