Surf Mar

Still here now… kids not allowed a ball or little floats in pool literally no fun allowed staff on reception incredibly rude treat guests like dirt! Hired a car and wanted to pay to park for 1 night €20 was told no I needed to pay for the duration of our stay WTF we are giving the car back tomorrow so they wanted us to pay for parking when we’ve no longer got the car! Absolutely rediculous… now we know why the car park is empty parking up the road for €20 madness! Poor poor poor!!!

Good location close to beach Staff very unfriendly and quite rude especially Eliana a receptionist . The property is NOT 4 star . Grit in the bottom of pool and pool area dirty in general. Broken tiles on room balcony, wallpaper torn in room . Glass partition cracked on balcony. Air conditioning dud not work . Room was uncomfortably hot as were all communal areas in the hotel. There was a bucket in the bar to collect water coming from ceiling. I had initially booked to stay 6 nights but checked out after 2 nights and stayed at an alternative hotel. Very disappointed with hotel surf mar and would not recommend

Very little entertainment for the kids, the buffet is very limited, the rooms are very old and poorly maintained, an elevator was out of order for several days, and you have to wait quite a while to use it; it deserves one less star.
