We had a problem with the car, which broke down, and they canceled our reservation without any issues. It is appreciated how well they have behaved. We are delighted and will return as soon as we can.

Very nice hotel. Nice and recommendable we have been in the apartments and really very well. We have also had very correct menu good and a very reasonable price. Very attentive staff do not hesitate

My stay at this hotel was simply exceptional. From the outset, the staff showed incredible kindness and dedication: always attentive, close and willing to help in any way necessary. The location is another strength. Being surrounded by nature, breathing fresh air and enjoying silence and calm has been a gift. Very close to the volcanoes of Garrotxa and the green of Fageda d’en Jordà. The restaurant deserves special mention. The quality of the dishes, presentation and taste are good. Care is noted for the product and the experience of the kitchen equipment. Eating here has been a pleasant experience. They have also offered studios and apartments. They have secure parking. Highly recommended for friends and/or family, business and couples. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
