The hotel is beautiful. We were well received at the front desk. The housekeeping staff is friendly. The manager is really very nice... he listens to his guests, he talks to them, he asks them if everything is going well,... The rooms are beautiful. The buffet is good and diverse. But the entertainment is lacking and when there is some, it is not very dynamic. The activity staff does not let people know that there are activities,... And the pool is cold in the morning.
