Very good apartment for vacations, very well laid out and really good for a stay in Roses, not necessarily well suited if you do not like taking the car for all trips because that is what you have to do. But in any case, I recommend it to you!

A few years ago it was very good, now the pool is dirty and many girls dressed bathing, which is not hygienic. I'm not coming back.

If you are looking for a safe haven, flee this place. No soundproofing. This could be bearable if the site did not regularly host groups of young people with little concern for the environment. ( 2 groups on a 5-day stay, heckling, doors slamming until not at time). Add to that, zero responsiveness of the agency for anything: non-functional wifi, 1 heating out of 3 of the apartment in "state", smell lifts from the toilet, bottle holder of the broken fridge,... In short, no calm, no service, no comfort. First and last stay concerning us.
