Apartamentos Los Tilos

Been here several times this time got a bad apartment honestly for the money too expensive (via tui) certainly not tui worthy staff friendly but not always credible (some ) hopefully next time better !!!!’

Place is basic and clean. Limited hot water due to very small hot water tank. No “Do not Disturb” signage for door available which resulted in daily cleaner accessing when not wanted. Good pool area with plenty sun beds but no drinks or snack bar. No Air Conditioning and No Free WiFi. Needs some upgrades, like key cards and digital safes rather than big keys.

Perfect location, friendly staff, lovely pool, dated but comfortable apartment. Cleaned 5 times weekly. There is no "Do not disturb " signs, so the cleaner can walk in. Tricky if you're disabled, there is a wheelchair ramp, but its too steep. The pool bar/restaurant is hardly ever open and there is nowhere to get coffee or a cold drink. Supermarket nearby.
